Our Environmental Management System provides the framework for identifying environmental aspects and risks, complying with applicable environmental requirements, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and implementing continual improvement initiatives.

We recognize that sustainability is an ongoing journey. We therefore aim to establish measurable environmental objectives, monitor our progress, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and environmental performance of our operations.


OUR SUSTAINABLITY GOALS

1. Reduce Energy Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions

We aim to improve energy efficiency across our operations and reduce associated greenhouse gas emissions.

Our objectives include:

Monitoring electricity and other relevant energy consumption.
Identifying significant opportunities for energy efficiency.
Implementing energy-saving measures in facilities, equipment, and operations.
Increasing the use of energy-efficient equipment where technically and economically feasible.
Establishing a baseline for energy consumption and progressively reducing energy intensity.

Target: Establish an energy-consumption baseline and set a measurable reduction target following evaluation of our baseline data.

2. Reduce Waste and Increase Recycling

We are committed to reducing waste generated by our activities and increasing the responsible recovery and recycling of materials wherever feasible.

Our objectives include:

Monitoring waste generation and disposal.
Reducing waste at its source.
Increasing segregation and recycling of recyclable materials.
Promoting reuse of materials where practical.
Working with qualified waste-management providers.

Target: Continuously reduce waste generation and increase the proportion of recyclable waste recovered or recycled.

3. Improve Resource Efficiency

We aim to use natural resources responsibly and improve the efficiency of our operations.

Our objectives include:

Monitoring significant resource consumption.
Identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary consumption.
Promoting efficient use of water, energy, paper, packaging, and other relevant resources.
Considering environmental performance when selecting equipment, materials, and services.

4. Strengthen Environmental Awareness

We recognize that employee awareness and participation are essential to achieving our environmental objectives.

Our objectives include:

Providing relevant environmental awareness and ISO 14001 training.
Communicating our environmental objectives and responsibilities to employees.

5. Promote Responsible Supply Chain Practices

Where relevant and practicable, we will consider environmental factors in our relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Our objectives include:

Communicating applicable environmental expectations to relevant suppliers.
Considering environmental performance when evaluating suppliers where appropriate.
Encouraging responsible resource use, waste management, and regulatory compliance within our supply chain.

6. Ensure Environmental Compliance and Continual Improvement

We are committed to maintaining compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and other environmental requirements.

Through our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, we will:

Identify and evaluate significant environmental aspects and impacts.
Monitor environmental performance and relevant indicators.
Conduct internal audits and management reviews.
Address environmental risks, incidents, and non-conformities.
Establish and periodically review environmental objectives.
Continually improve the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System.


MEASURING AND REPORTING OUR PROGRESS

We intend to progressively strengthen our environmental performance measurement and reporting.

Relevant indicators may include:

Energy consumption and energy intensity
Greenhouse gas emissions, where applicable
Waste generation and recycling rates
Water consumption, where applicable
Environmental incidents and non-conformities
Environmental training and awareness
Progress against established environmental objectives

As reliable baseline data becomes available, we will establish measurable targets and periodically review our progress against them.


OUR APPROACH TO CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

We understand that meaningful sustainability improvements require measurable objectives, consistent monitoring, and continuous action.

Our sustainability goals will therefore be reviewed periodically as part of our management processes and updated as appropriate based on our environmental performance, operational changes, applicable requirements, technological developments, and stakeholder expectations.
